Take for instance my guest who came up on the Wisdom stage, Keith Gittens-Jones (he has previously been my guest on the Wisdom stage). His biggest obstacle was cancer. He realized he had to make changes and more importantly he stopped being “fearful” which led him to a different mindset and do some amazing things in his life! We shared our different obstacles and how we both learned to move forward. (Keith’s story is pretty amazing!) We also chatted about ways to advertise our podcasts and different social media platforms such as TikTok and Pinterest.
