Liberty Conspiracy Timeless Knowledge - Court Lets Agency Live, Exposes Constitutional Mirage

Welcome back Conspirators! On this IN-dependence Day 2020, we dive into a recent US Supreme Court ruling on whether a President can remove the head of the federal, Liz Warren-inspired "Consumer Financial Protection Bureau". The ruling referred to an FDR-era SCOTUS ruling on the Federal Trade Commission (the ruling, circa 1935) and, as most SCOTUS rulings do, left the deep question standing while the "Justices" skated on the surface, discussed the obvious, and overlooked the fundamental point that these "regulatory" agencies stand in complete opposition to the original intent of the Founders. But in seeing how poorly the current and FDR-era judges ruled, perhaps we can see a larger lesson: regardless of the wording of the Founders, politicians and the political appointees they favor, rarely care what the so-called rules say.
And, of course, on a deeper level, no "constitution" for any government is really a valid "contract" with anyone who lives as a "subject" of the state. States are imposed, not agreed-to. They are never legitimate. But at least we could ask these politicians and "justices" to abide by THEIR oaths to abide by the so-called rules! That would be a refreshing change, and something rarely seen in US history!
