Ohio Cops made an illegal arrest for cussing at cops, wearing a 'F The Police' T-shirt.
Appeals judge rules that cops did NOT have cause to arrest a man who called them 'f***ing pigs' at Ohio county fair after someone called police to complain over his 'F*** The Police' T-shirt
• Michael Andrew Wood was approached by police at the Clark County Fairgrounds on July 29, 2016 after someone called to complain about hit shirt
• Wood, 39, was at the time wearing a 'F*** the police' shirt but was not arrested at the time
• Several hours later, police were called to escort him from a fairgrounds building for another matter and he cursed them out while being led to the exit
• He was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and obstructing official business although prosecutors dropped the charges
• He's now suing police for violating his constitutional rights, and scored a victory this week after an appeals judge ruled in his favor
