We the People Win: 5th Circuit Court Slams Biden Regime's Unlawful "Mandate"

Dr. David Martin and James Purpura discuss and celebrate the 5th Circult Court's ruling that orders OSHA to stand down with Biden's unlawful and illegal vax or testing "mandate" for companies with 100 employees or more. They also encourage people to stand their ground, and submit the court document (link provided below) to their employer — via Human Resources or other pertinent party, and let them know that "coercion is a felony."
Also addressed in the video: "Covid" tests are also not approved — you can't be forced to do anything that is experimental (under Emergency use). Dr. Martin advises that when dealing with your employer, to make sure that everything is done in writing (instead of sitting down with them at meetings), because you will have a trail of evidence and grounds for legal recourse. Although it is everyone's personal choice, he does't advocate quitting your job, but rather, if it comes down to it — let your employer fire you (in writing), because you will then have grounds for legal action.

"On November 12, 2021, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit granted a motion to stay OSHA's COVID-19 Vaccination and Testing Emergency Temporary Standard, published on November 5, 2021 (86 Fed. Reg. 61402) ("ETS"). The court ordered that OSHA "take no steps to implement or enforce" the ETS "until further court order." While OSHA remains confident in its authority to protect workers in emergencies, OSHA has suspended activities related to the implementation and enforcement of the ETS pending future developments in the litigation."

Share this video and the court ruling with your fellow employees — and with everyone who is being coerced into getting the injection or weekly testing. Let them know they have the law behind them, and that coercion is a felony! When you submit this court ruling to your employer, you are empowering yourself, and they will be breaking the law should they still require you to be inoculated or tested as a condition of employment.
And if you haven't already, it would be smart to get in your religious exemption. Peggy Hall has great resources on how to do religious exemptions right, and says that even if it is rejected — you can appeal and she will show you how. Never give up! We have the LAW on our side and it is our Divine right to decide what we put in our own bodies! Stand your ground. 💪
