the kind you can pull around to enclose the balcony from the wind?
a using it to reflect lights behind him?

foggy the top of the mountain range is.. ideal to have lights on
from building or cars and not see them unless with night vision!
[01:22:30] (3e) Reached out to MUFON member who gave his opinion
and said case is still OPEN.
[01:36:12] (3f) Look over google maps again to see possible directions looking
and found some key places with poles and lights it could be
[01:40:05] (3g) Nocturnal News looks at this case but still calls its a UFO
aliens when more mundane stuff is obvious. Play a clip from
him video but atleast he says the location camera type
