The cold temperature is manifesting as far south as Mexico but the most severe manifestations are seen in #Texas represented by the green color of -46º F below normal.

Commodity Weather Group estimates 30% of HRW (hard, red, winter) #wheat susceptible to significant damage & 15% spotty damage. Therefore a total to 45% overall wheat damage.
