"Legacy" Sonic 3 & Knuckles Debug Glitch 6

I can't recall what I was doing exactly for this one but I suppose I was showing some more graphical corruptions with the Water Sprout object if it loads during the Score Tally or the Title Card.

*Note*
I'm starting to port over some of my old videos from back then. This was my first video of a series that I did where I take Debug Mode in Sonic 3 & Knuckles and used it to break the game in a few ways. I can't really recall what I was doing exactly in most of the video but my guess is that since I was able to capture footage with the use of the recording program it might've just been a test at first. I did end up getting something in the end though.
