Lyrics:
I love Europa
I love Europa
I love Europa

From the north of Tromsø
To my birthplace Mostar
On the coast of Andalusia
Everywhere I go

I love Europa
I love Europa
I love Europa

From the castles of Bavaria
To the Swedish heartland
On the Irish fields
Everywhere I go

I love Europa
I love Europa
I love Europa

In the fjords of Norway
To the Paris streets
All along the Roman Empire
And everywhere we meet

I love Europa
I love Europa
I love Europa

Sweden has an extremely serious mafia. Shootings, bombings and infiltration in many ranks of society by these criminal gangs have been allowed for a long time to take root. The leaders' children study and infiltrate society at large. While imbecile youth without empathy commit the street violence. They shoot the wrong people on a regular basis and this is tragic. The police statement is always the same "the perpetrator was known from before", "we knew about...", "we suspected..." and so on. Does anyone seriously believe that a country like Sweden, with a hi-tech military industrial complex and with interception officially since the FRA law in 2008 - could not intercept and dissolve this mafia in time? Now they are considering deploying the military, there is talk of facial recognition. Why? Again, all must be punished because of a few. And the problem could be solved a long time ago, this whole situation seems to be allowed. Something is not right.

Earlier this year while on a road trip I visited my favorite megalithic site in Sweden, Askeberga (also known as Rane Stenar). Last, and first, time around was in the later part of 2017. It’s the only (confirmed) untouched megalithic site in Sweden. Oddly enough it’s not as popular as Ales Stenar and does not lie in any touristic route. My daughter helped me out recording this and I inserted footage from the last time around.

On the mountain plateau above the canyon and necropolis Radimlje, near Stolac, next to the village Ošanjići lies the ruins of an ancient and mysterious megalithic site. It’s named Daorson due to a coin found there, however, its true history is still unknown. It's one of many megalithic sites in Bosnia & Herzegovina.

4 years out of 38 that’s a bit more than 1/10th of my life in these Joe Nimble sneakers. That’s pretty good for a pair of footwear!

Our feet carry us on in life, our whole life. No matter if you’re active or not, walking, hiking, running or dancing. Our feet are very important and barefoot shoes offer the best natural conditions for my feet in most situations. So here’s a pair I’ve been using for 4 years.

If the feet that carry you in life are not doing so naturally, unnatural imbalances in the feet are created over time, spreading up to the legs and later create problems in the hips, later in the back. Then people focus on the back issues forgetting their feet, the root cause in many cases. That’s why feet are important. There are great barefoot footwear brands out there and this pair called Nimbletoes, I can warmly recommend to anyone.

What is it that in every country grows each year, needing more nutrition (money), needing more complications, getting sloppier each year, offers everyone less more more money, restricts your freedom and last but not the least, is not interested in what’s best for you. What is that? Why are we feeding it? How can you start starving it?

We know that no monkeys are evolving into humans, we know there are no fish-lizards out there giving birth to cute tiny monkeys. You are you and you are here and it’s very important. The point here is to remind ourselves that we are very powerful and very important. Not only should we remember that but glorify it! No one else can do it for us. Every day we thrive evil forces die.

More than 3 years ago I made a video comment on an article about illegal Biometric abuse in Schools. In that video I mentioned that it just won’t happen where my children are. So now it was time for me to put that into practice and use the rights we have - which is that no biometric data can be collected what so ever without consent and or contract. In this video I want to mention the key points that might be useful for you or your friends. So please share the knowledge about data usage and especially biometric data collection, as none of the so called educational systems are themselves aware and even to a lesser degree teach about those rights… in this digital age.

From my private archive: A Swedish Bible printed in the year 1764, still in good condition. This Bible was probably used when the books of two tragic adventures with lucky endings of Marcus Berg's 'A Slave in Morocco' (https://youtu.be/_uxEUQ3_QtY) and Johan Brelin's 'An Adventurous Journey' (https://youtu.be/RtEKiRVBdjk) were written. Happy to realize they probably heard this one read out loud in their church or perhaps even read it themselves. If you wonder why I don’t use gloves it’s because clean washed dry hands are better. "According to the Library of Congress, wearing gloves while handling antiquarian books may do more harm than good."

Here’s my impression of the Altra Lone Peak 6 trail runners. I could not try them before purchasing so videos like this helped me out a bit. Most things are already covered about these shoes, so this is my take as someone who’s already wearing barefoot shoes but had not yet bought a pair of Altra.

Straight out of the unboxing I was eager to feel the fit, I ordered a size 44 and hoped it would fit good in order to avoid sending the pair back. They were a fit and felt much better than anticipated. They kind of look a bit big and bulky in the videos I’ve seen before getting my pair - but they sure are comfortable and intimate with the feet for a lack of a better word.

I even got these gaiters, something I’ve never used, but since it was a sale and this pair has custom fit for gaiters, it might come handy for hiking now that I can skip my hiking boots. Water proof hiking boots are not always the best option, having lightweight trailers that dry faster is in most cases and seasons a better choice.

I’m not new to zero drop nor to thin soles. However, I know that thin soles in colder climate create moist due to the contact between the cold, and sometimes icy, ground with the hot feet. With these 2 cm soles you have comfort and isolation for colder times. However at first the 2 cm felt too high compared to what I usually wear. Everything over 1 cm is high heels.

In some of the videos I watched before purchasing people mention they could be slippery at times, especially on wet muddy rocks. This is true, but not so much that you slip immediately, but there is definitively an issue there. Especially in side movements, nothing straight forward/backward.

As always in barefoot shoes, one feels the “no-shoe” sensation when taking them off at home. Which is a measure for good shoes. This model has proven itself for trail runs, hiking and will of course as a comfortable good choice for regular use. Now that I know my sizing in the Altra family, I'll get another less traily pair for my urban adventures.

Lom in Norway is the port to Jotunheimen (home of Jötunn) where Scandinavia's tallest peaks abode. It's also a very cozy small place that has still has a medieval stave church intact. All I can say is that Lom is where your adventure in Norway really begins.

Trebević hoovers above the city of Sarajevo, it’s an easy place to get to especially by the cable car. From there one can to a soft nature walk, see the old bobsleigh track, have a refreshment or keep hiking up to the peak. It’s very accessible. I took some hours off to to a speed hike up to the peak of Trebević and run down again. All from and to the cable car. I recommend a hike up to Trebević if you’re in Sarajevo, love nature and have some extra time.

Cable car to the peak: 1h 28 min
Peak to cable car: 30min running

A collage of drone footage I recorded in Sarajevo and up on Trebević in late June. Sarajevo is the capital and largest city of Bosnia and Herzegovina. In 1885 the city was one of the first in the world to have a full-time electric tram network. 99 years later Sarajevo hosted the 1984 Winter Olympics. Sadly during the aggression and genocide against Bosnia & Herzegovina the city suffered the longest siege of a capital city in the history of modern warfare (1,425 days, April 1992 to February 1996). The city has a rich and varied music- and art scene along with historical and spiritual treasures for the curious. Trebević (1627 m) is a mountain within the city and easily accessible via trails. A city you always feel like coming back to!

Greeting everyone! Consider this as a postcard greeting and sharing of precious moments. The longest days of the year are here. Peak of light in summer solstice. I'm grateful for the places and moments shared with my daughter on this road trip.

Florens and I were in Norway on a road trip and we were lucky with the weather. It didn’t rain much and from time to time clear blue skies and sunshine broke through.

I intended to do this trip by myself, to do some summit hikes and just to get the time for oneself every man needs once a year at least. But after have been quite active outdoors with her I wanted her to come a long and experience it too. I didn’t need to ask, she already wanted to come along. So we drove up north.

We did a road trip in Norway just before her first birthday six years ago, but now she’s able to run, hike and sit in the car for hours. Being a friendly companion. The last part is interesting, when both sisters are in the car they can trigger one another for “how long do we have left” kind of sentiment and questions.

Here in Norway I used to see children up on the mountains hiking with their parents or grandparents and envisioned my self doing the same the day I could. Well those days are now. Children get familiar with what we present to them.

Hiking together and being on trips like these bring us closer on an intuitional level. I can offer this, nothing more or nothing less at the moment and I’d rather share this trip with my daughter.

We did two longer hikes, and I’m very proud of her. Besides hiking, we had times of casual stuff like watching butterflies, playing tennis, singing, talking and playground fun for her. There was always something to engage in, even good music to a beautiful landscape or moments of laughter or silence.

Now when this was done the youngest one also wants to see and be where big sister was. A good motivation is needed to get them both out next time wherever that might be.

For the drive back I planned a visit to a place where where there are animals and playgrounds and that sort of cozy family vibe. For this occasion I actually brought along something nice for her to wear. Being the last day of the trip and such.

That was a fine last stop and we both really enjoyed the place and the surroundings. Close encounters with a peacock was a favorite first for both of us. And a sheep that got out because someone didn’t close the gate properly so they all wanted out. Florens ran to get the worker who carried the sheep back while I guarded the gate. Oh, and the cars, really fun, the children liked it a lot - quite a realistic touch to the jeep and the terrain. I would love that if I was a child again.

Zvučni Koridor translates into 'Sound Corridor'. Soundscapes like corridors can make us feel on the way out, on the way in or even feel trapped. I composed this a while back and have it on when winding down, focusing or when I need some soothing monotonous soundscape ambient. I hope you find a way to listen in too.
