Thursday's longer classes start to look at The Niyamas now, starting with Saucha, or purity.

Vicky looks at the fifth and final Yama, Aparigraha which means non-attachment.

Yoga Herts teaches Hatha yoga to adults of all ages and abilities in Cheshunt, Hoddesdon, Stanstead Abbotts and Goffs Oak.

Our classes are easily accessible from nearby surrounding Hertfordshire areas such as Hertford, Ware, Broxbourne and Waltham Cross. Vicky has been a British Wheel of Yoga yoga teacher for six years, and has practised various styles yoga during her twenty years of practising.

Vicky has also represented the British Wheel of Yoga in Hertfordshire as County Rep between 2019 and 2020.
