Brian, with the help of Diane Chase and Dave Harnden, attend the Youth Climate Strike in Vancouver on Friday, September 27, 2019. Over 100,000 people attended the strike. Most people were of White European descent. This is probably because they are the most manipulated to feel guilty about "Man-made" Global Warming. Some of the footage of interviews is missing because Brian was attacked by Antifa and his camera was destroyed. Here is the footage from the other two cameras.

I was attacked by three bullies, Antifa like men. On Friday Sept. 27 I was at the Youth Climate Strike with 100,000 people at 12:00 noon. I went with two others to help me film, Dave and Diane. I was a counter-protester so many people sweared at me as the vast majority disagreed with my signs. We were standing on the west rail south of the off ramp on the south side of the Cambie Bridge. I have three videos of the incident described below so it is plain to see with the three men and their dialogue with me. I want these videos as part of my police file to show in the future that I am the one getting attacked. I would never attack anyone.
The three men were:

1) Young, about 25, heavy, dark brown hair, clean shaven.
2) In his 30s, short and thin, bearded with rings, black clothes. He implied he was Jewish. Looked military like he was trained to fight.
3) Black masked antifa man, about 25, tall and muscular. He was the same build and age and same mask as a previous police report when I was punched in the head and my camera stolen about a year ago. A same looking guy once stole a sign another time.

At about 2:00 pm I was talking with 1 & 2. Then #1 suddenly grabbed my sign and ripped it up. I still have 2/3 of my two signs left. He said threatening things. They all called me a “Nazi” because #1 and I recognized each other. I remember meeting him before. I didn’t know if he was friend or foe. It may be in a late March 2018 video that I saw him at another demonstration. So, they weren’t objecting to my signs. Their objection was to who they think I am. My signs were 28” high and both sides were:

#2 phoned someone- maybe #3 to come.
They left and one hour later they were waiting for me 30 yards away with #3, looking like they wanted a fight. #3, the masked man had a crest sewn on his chest “Skinheads anti racistes” and he had a shoulder crest, “Good night White Pride”. This is a part of Antifa. This looks like an organized group with #2 as the leader. He may be Mossad trained with an agenda planning to attack me. We wanted to follow the crowd and I saw a police car going by so I thought it would be a safe time to walk. I thought there were police on bicycles and asked them if they were police but they didn’t reply. They were paramedics so I made a mistake thinking they were police. I shouldn’t have gone then but we did.

The three blocked the road and would not let me pass. #1 pushed and shoved me across the lane with #3 right beside him. I assume they wanted me to push back so they could blame me for starting a fight and they may have seriously beat me up. His shoving caused my camera to fall off the monopod. My camera fell to the ground and the masked #3 grabbed it and threw it over the bridge. I was calm and we decided to get the camera back. Diane said he didn’t know what it meant to be a Nazi and #2 replied, “Six million of my people know”. So, he admits he is Jewish, revealing his/their motive to attack me because of my public reputation of questioning Jewish power. They made many threatening and insulting remarks.
On the way I spoke to a police officer driving in his car and I told him I was assaulted. He said he had to keep driving with the crowd and suggested I call 9/11 but I didn’t think it would help to catch them. A little girl, about 10, in an orange sweater got my camera intact and I asked her to continue down the ramp and I would meet her. I left to go but she just put it on the railing. Then one of the three men took the short northern route which I didn’t see unfortunately and they got the camera and smashed it to the ground about 50’ below. They took out my memory card.

I came up the ramp and about 25 students were watching us. Some were taunting and a few lied and said someone took the camera and went north. Other students told me the truth that it was below and they were directing someone there to kick it into my view. I didn’t see who. Could be one of the three? I didn’t see the three again. We went down and recovered the smashed camera, which I have. Then, I went to police headquarters to make a report.

Over 100,000 people attended the Youth Climate Strike at Vancouver City Hall on Friday, September 27, 2019, three months before COVID. Most were of White European descent as they are the ones who feel the most guilt about "Man-made" Climate Change. The crowd paraded over the Cambie St. Bridge to go downtown. Brian, Diane Chase and Dave Harnden recorded the event. Over two hours later Brian's "Climate Change is a Hoax" sign was torn. A while after that one of our cameras was taken and thrown over the bridge. Here is a short video of the incident.

Brian later gave a police report and they took the videos for the file and want the names of those guys. The police were kind and said this could be viewed as a technical assault.

Statistical Academic Research on Experiencers of the “Paranormal” Contact Modalities: Identifying the Nature of our Greater Reality and Consciousness, with Rey Hernandez

Rey first joined us on Dec. 31st for an amazing four hour video with Q & A, which you can see in five parts. This Meetup was filmed on April 23, 2023.

The Consciousness and Contract Research Institute, or CCRI, is in the process of establishing a 5-year comprehensive academic research study to understand the interrelationship between "Experiencers" of the Contact Modalities (individuals that have had contact with perceived higher forms of intelligence via Near Death Experiences, Out of Body Experiences, UFOs/UAPs, Ghosts/Spirits, Remote Viewing, Hallucinogenic Experiences, Channeling, and other PSI and Paranormal experiences) and leading theoretical hypotheses relating to the nature of our multidimensional reality which includes Nonlocal Consciousness. CCRI argues that “Consciousness is Fundamental” and not our physical reality. Secondly, we argue that all of the Contact Modalities”, should be studied as ONE phenomenon under “Consciousness” instead of as separate phenomena. Finally, there is minimal statistical academic research comparing experiencers of the Contact Modalities and I argue that this type of research is the best approach to studying “what is Consciousness”, the nature of our Greater Reality.

Rey was a Ph.D. Candidate at the University of California at Berkeley where he was the recipient of a National Science Foundation Ph.D. Fellowship. He is currently the Director of the Consciousness and Contact Research Institute, or CCRI, an academic research institute comprised of more than 25 Ph.D. academics, medical doctors, and researchers whose mission is to explore the relationship between consciousness research and the phenomenology of “paranormal experiences”, what CCRI calls “The Contact Modalities”.

In 2018 Rey, and a team of retired Ph.D. academics published an 820-page book titled “Beyond UFOs: The Science of Consciousness and Contact with Non-Human Intelligence”, which was the world’s first and only comprehensive worldwide academic statistical research study on UFO Contact Experiencers. Over 4,300 individuals participated from over 125 countries. Rey has also published in several peer-reviewed academic journals including the Journal of the International Academy of Consciousness and the Journal of the Society for Scientific Exploration. Rey has recently published 5 new books which are a 4-volume book series (800 pages for each volume) titled “A GREATER REALITY: The New Paradigm of Nonlocal Consciousness, the Paranormal and the Contact Modalities”.

Statistical Academic Research on Experiencers of the “Paranormal” Contact Modalities: Identifying the Nature of our Greater Reality and Consciousness, with Rey Hernandez

Rey first joined us on Dec. 31st for an amazing four hour video with Q & A, which you can see in five parts. This Meetup was filmed on April 23, 2023.

The Consciousness and Contract Research Institute, or CCRI, is in the process of establishing a 5-year comprehensive academic research study to understand the interrelationship between "Experiencers" of the Contact Modalities (individuals that have had contact with perceived higher forms of intelligence via Near Death Experiences, Out of Body Experiences, UFOs/UAPs, Ghosts/Spirits, Remote Viewing, Hallucinogenic Experiences, Channeling, and other PSI and Paranormal experiences) and leading theoretical hypotheses relating to the nature of our multidimensional reality which includes Nonlocal Consciousness. CCRI argues that “Consciousness is Fundamental” and not our physical reality. Secondly, we argue that all of the Contact Modalities”, should be studied as ONE phenomenon under “Consciousness” instead of as separate phenomena. Finally, there is minimal statistical academic research comparing experiencers of the Contact Modalities and I argue that this type of research is the best approach to studying “what is Consciousness”, the nature of our Greater Reality.

Rey was a Ph.D. Candidate at the University of California at Berkeley where he was the recipient of a National Science Foundation Ph.D. Fellowship. He is currently the Director of the Consciousness and Contact Research Institute, or CCRI, an academic research institute comprised of more than 25 Ph.D. academics, medical doctors, and researchers whose mission is to explore the relationship between consciousness research and the phenomenology of “paranormal experiences”, what CCRI calls “The Contact Modalities”.

In 2018 Rey, and a team of retired Ph.D. academics published an 820-page book titled “Beyond UFOs: The Science of Consciousness and Contact with Non-Human Intelligence”, which was the world’s first and only comprehensive worldwide academic statistical research study on UFO Contact Experiencers. Over 4,300 individuals participated from over 125 countries. Rey has also published in several peer-reviewed academic journals including the Journal of the International Academy of Consciousness and the Journal of the Society for Scientific Exploration. Rey has recently published 5 new books which are a 4-volume book series (800 pages for each volume) titled “A GREATER REALITY: The New Paradigm of Nonlocal Consciousness, the Paranormal and the Contact Modalities”.

This video starts at the decision made by Eric Huysmans that Eric/Council of 9 (CO9) can no longer work with Brian because of a program running in his head because it is against "the prime directive". It is Brian's support for the Grey E.T.s.

3:30 I asked Eric, “Is the Council of 9 saying that there is a prime directive? Eric replied, “No. We are not saying that.” So, now he is contradicting himself.

8:50 Eric/CO9 claims that the Greys are interfering without people’s consent and that their implant in me is controlling me and they put it in me without my 100% consent and they, the CO9, will not allow that. This is all fantasy built upon fantasy. I don’t believe that I have an implant.

Eric says that he KNOWS that I have an implant. He said he has 300 inside himself.

9:40 Katherine confesses that I don’t have to believe that I have an implant because she could be making it up!

10:50 Eric says it doesn’t matter whether I have implants or not, so he is contradicting himself again. He says the issue is that I don’t agree with the prime directive.

11:40 Eric said that when we have a meeting and we don’t agree on the way and path forward, that is the end of the meeting. The problem with Eric’s thinking since November of 2022 is, why did he do about 20 videos with Preparing for E.T. Contact when he was fully aware of the two page philosophy post on the “About” page of our Meetup at https://www.meetup.com/preparing-for-alien-contact ? We obviously didn’t agree to his Star Trek prime directive. Why does he leave now? Why did he support us so much in the first place? I didn't change. Eric/CO9 changed.

But the Greys are always careful to ask for people’s consent and they are respectful when people say no. Maybe Eric is unaware of this. I think I didn't explain to Eric that I believe that the Greys do ask for consent and do not force themselves on others without consent. I think this misunderstanding caused Eric to drop out. I emailed the next day and he never responded so I am not going to email him about this again. He quit with me first and I quit with him too. It looks like this was just a misunderstanding and not a genuine difference in view between Eric and myself. But life is like that. Good working relationships get destroyed over nothing, over simple misunderstandings. As a Buddhist, I don't fight with reality. I just accept it. I accept impermanence and move on.

This whole thing could be made up.” I confronted Katherine that she was just making it up that I have an implant and she laughed nervously. Then Eric confesses, “Of course you’re uncertain. 17:00 Eric asks if the source of Brian’s grey patch, which is blocking him, is human or non-human.

17:30 This may have led Katherine on, as says that Brian has an alien implant in his body which is static, still, not very animated. Eric says it is indeed an implant, so this confirms this fantasy and leads Katherine on further. She says it could be an alien being put there as a control mechanism.

20:00 Eric says it is blocking the energy in a negative way and Katherine confirms that it is negative.

25:00 I never thought of myself having an implant but I am very loyal to the Greys. I describe how I support the agenda to turn humans into hybrids and Eric tells me to stop, at 26:00. He explains that my implant has turned on and my words are coming from it, which is presumptuous, since I have publicly expressed this view countless times over the past three years.

28:00 Katherine says she thinks that the implant was put there but not with a good intention and both of them take seriously their fantasy that I have an alien implant within me! There is zero evidence for this.

46:00 Eric says I should bear the consequences of accepting that controlling mechanism (the implant).

Statistical Academic Research on Experiencers of the “Paranormal” Contact Modalities: Identifying the Nature of our Greater Reality and Consciousness, with Rey Hernandez

The Consciousness and Contract Research Institute, or CCRI, is in the process of establishing a 5-year comprehensive academic research study to understand the interrelationship between "Experiencers" of the Contact Modalities (individuals that have had contact with perceived higher forms of intelligence via Near Death Experiences, Out of Body Experiences, UFOs/UAPs, Ghosts/Spirits, Remote Viewing, Hallucinogenic Experiences, Channeling, and other PSI and Paranormal experiences) and leading theoretical hypotheses relating to the nature of our multidimensional reality which includes Nonlocal Consciousness. CCRI argues that “Consciousness is Fundamental” and not our physical reality. Secondly, we argue that all of the Contact Modalities”, should be studied as ONE phenomenon under “Consciousness” instead of as separate phenomena. Finally, there is minimal statistical academic research comparing experiencers of the Contact Modalities and I argue that this type of research is the best approach to studying “what is Consciousness”, the nature of our Greater Reality.

Rey was a Ph.D. Candidate at the University of California at Berkeley where he was the recipient of a National Science Foundation Ph.D. Fellowship. He is currently the Director of the Consciousness and Contact Research Institute, or CCRI, an academic research institute comprised of more than 25 Ph.D. academics, medical doctors, and researchers whose mission is to explore the relationship between consciousness research and the phenomenology of “paranormal experiences”, what CCRI calls “The Contact Modalities”.

In 2018 Rey, and a team of retired Ph.D. academics published an 820-page book titled “Beyond UFOs: The Science of Consciousness and Contact with Non-Human Intelligence”, which was the world’s first and only comprehensive worldwide academic statistical research study on UFO Contact Experiencers. Over 4,300 individuals participated from over 125 countries. Rey has also published in several peer-reviewed academic journals including the Journal of the International Academy of Consciousness and the Journal of the Society for Scientific Exploration. Rey has recently published 5 new books which are a 4-volume book series (800 pages for each volume) titled “A GREATER REALITY: The New Paradigm of Nonlocal Consciousness, the Paranormal and the Contact Modalities”.

Brian Ruhe and Pete Papaherakles speculate at that Albert Einstein was part of an int'l Jewish conspiracy to mislead the world into believing that the ether does not exist and that space is a vacuum. I agree that space is a thing. I have been saying that for decades. It appears to me that there was a conspiracy to promote relativity and suppress ether theory. I believe the reason Einstein never received the Nobel prize for relativity is because of the work of Dayton Miller. Dayton miller was performing experiments that were demonstrating relative motion or motion relative to space.
Einstein himself believed that space was a thing. All he said was that you cannot measure your motion relative to space.
Albert Einstein gave an address on 5 May 1920 at the University of Leiden. He chose as his topic Ether and the Theory of Relativity.
The lecture was published by Methuen & Co. Ltd, London, in 1922.
"Recapitulating, we may say that according to the general theory of relativity space is endowed with physical qualities; in this sense, therefore, there exists an ether. According to the general theory of relativity space without ether is unthinkable; for in such space there not only would be no propagation of light, but also no possibility of existence for standards of space and time (measuring-rods and clocks), nor therefore any space-time intervals in the physical sense. But this ether may not be thought of as endowed with the quality characteristic of ponderable media, as consisting of parts which may be tracked through time. The idea of motion may not be applied to it."
My opinion is that space is a thing. Accelerating a mass relative to space creates a force on that mass called inertia. Accelerating space relative to a mass creates a force on that mass called gravity.
Gravity on Earth is caused by space accelerating towards the Earth. Any mass near the Earth would be subject to accelerating space and would have an inertial force induced upon it. The mass would accelerate until it's rate of acceleration matched the acceleration rate of space and would then be at rest with space and have no forces acting on it, until it hit the ground at which time it will again be accelerating relative to space and have an inertial force induced upon it.
Any mass on the Earth's surface would have a velocity relative to space and a mass's time depends on it's velocity relative to space, therefore the time of any mass on the Earth's surface would be affected.
Any light passing near the Earth would be traveling through space that is moving towards the Earth and therefore that light would appear to have a curved path.
For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction but what they do not tell you is that the reaction speed is limited by the speed of light. There is a lag between the action and the reaction, otherwise the action/reaction would happen at the same time and cancel each other out and nothing could ever happen or exist.
When I push on a mass in space it pushes back against me with an equal and opposite force but because of the lag between my applied force and the induced force (inertia), the mass will begin to accelerate. As the velocity of the mass, relative to space, increases, the lag between the applied force and the induced force becomes shorter. When the lag becomes shorter, the mass's rate of acceleration decreases, this is interpreted as an increase in mass but is an increase in inertia. At the speed of light the applied force and the induced force happen at the same time, acceleration stops and there is no time.
Time is the "time" between the action and the reaction or the period of the frequency. Time does not slow down, there is just less time or no time.
There is no independent reality. Things do not just exist. There are no little hard things that just exist.
