I had decided to stop eating candy even though I still do..
Now, I'm paying off the full amount of my dentist's student loans from all the teeth I have reconstructed or just plain had taken out.
I gotta start loving myself but my body has been so used to the abuse it's almost like its working against me.
I've been dealing with this neck cramp for the past 14 days now and I'm wondering when me and my body can discuss a truce.

I make my own pizzas from scrizzatch!
That's the best way to have pizza is when you make it at home~
The Smokey Jane's Pizza Recipe~
(for the dough)
2 cups of organic Non-GMO flour
1 tbs garlic salt
1/4 cup of olive oil
a tsp of maple syrup
lukewarm filtered water
2 tbs Italian Seasoning
1 pkg of Non-GMO active yeast
Combine dough ingredients in a big ol' bowl and knead with extra flour added to prevent sticking. Knead for 5 minutes or until dough is elastic.
Round into a neat, little ball and slam it back inside a well-oiled bowl and cover with plastic.
Wait a bit to rise.
(for the sauce)
2 cups of crushed Roma tomatoes
5 chopped cloves of garlic
1 tbs maple syrup
half an onion (chopped)
5 tbs Italian seasoning
Olive oil
Cook onion and garlic together with the olive oil in a cast iron skillet on medium high until you start to smell its aroma.
Start to add the tomatoes, seasoning and maple syrup to the grilled onions and garlic.
Taste it as you go, making sure to turn down the temperature as needed to not scorch the sauce. (Awful burnt taste..)
Cook until tomato juices boil down to almost a thick paste..
Blend once cooled.
Voila!
Pizza sauce.
Oil a pizza pan or cover with parchment paper.
Preheat the oven to the highest temp.
Punch down pizza dough and roll out onto a floured surface to your desired pizza dough thickness.
Place pizza dough onto prepared pie pan.
Spread cooled pizza sauce onto dough and top with shredded cheese, pepperoni and bacon bits.
Drizzle with garlic salt.
Bless the pizza.
Bake until cheese is bubbly and the bottom of the dough is nice and charred...( You want that toasted bottom!)

Everyday I do my best to put out quality material and I stare at a blank notebook and procrastinate and wallow in the past as it seems.
People say that it isn't my fault when I tell them my story but it doesn't discredit hat fact that I should be better...and I should have BEEN better what with all the opportunities bestowed upon me.
Had I just learned how to play the game in my youth in stead of absorbing all the negative energies given to me as a child then perhaps...

I'd like to think so.
I continue to struggle with my trauma and attempt to build myself back up to ground zero again before I was born into a hate I didn't understand...ans hopefully, I'll receive some joy out of it this time~

Shadow work is the act of mentally looking at your dark side and breaking on past it so that you can stop feeling negative.
Because its all about feeling...at least it STARTS from it.
When you open your eyes after a night's sleep and you feel any other way other than pure joy than you need to do some shadow work.
I have a long way to go myself because I come from a life that I can GUARANTEE is worse than yours...
