Finally got around with actually using the Raspberry PI 4 with a new image after some issues with previous OS images. So far it appears that the latest version of Raspbian is able to run most of the applications I run on a normal basis with a standard desktop computer and with the CanaKit case it's a lot easier to take on travel than my super bulky laptop.

Merry Christmas here is my Push/Pull Session from this AM. Attempted Robert Bank's Challenge, but had to drop the weight from 225 to 185 so I could keep my form with close grip without tearing up by elbows and shoulders. I also did 100 Bent-Over Rows along with seated band chest presses and lat pull-downs vs. the 200 Floor Presses, because my front delts were shot. Here's the layout:

3 Wide Grip Bench Presses Rack then 3 Close Grip Bench Presses and Rack Rest and repeat for 8 sets. Used 185lbs down from the original 225

10 Pronated Bent Over Rows and 10 Supinated Bent Over Rows 5 times for a total of 100 reps

100 Seated Resistance Band Chest Presses

10 Sets of 10 Lat Pull-Downs switching between pronated and supinated grips on every set.
