Note: The legal definition of an "Assault" is the threat of using physical force, unwanted touching(battery)as reasonably perceived by the intended victim.
The fact this individual sprang his truck door open at me lunging at me, and yelling unintelligible expletives for asking a simple yes or no question meets the standard of an Assault, as well as the obvious unprofessional behavior. I moved away from his truck, on my bike, before it could turn into a Battery(actual unwanted physical contact causing injury or not).
If this public City of LA employee was operating within the law, he would have just answered "NO". The fact he refused to answer, then tried to ridicule me and my question is reasonable grounds to suspect US Title 8 Section 1324 is being violated by these LA City employees and managers.

I have passed this building several times and it piqued my interest because there are no company names/logos anywhere I can see on the building/property/entrance.
I asked several employees on site(from a public street)what company is there with very evasive non answers.
I researched the building address, 2440 Sepulveda, and found out the main tenant is none other than LABCORP. that is the largest lab for the fraudulent and dangerous nasal swab PCR tests(the fraudulent test results were the pretext for lethally injecting millions of innocent people with a transhumanist faux "vaccine" that has now, according to several experts, resulted in the deaths of over 20 million people and several times that numbet seriously maimed.
Several medical experts/scientists have documented these PCR tests usually give false results. I have reported the swabs are saturated with the carcinogen ETHYLENE OXIDE and are mostly if not all manufactured in China.
The fact that this company, LABCORP, was the main processor of the covid PCR tests means it is almost as culpable in record world genocide as Pfizer and the CDC/FDA/DR. FAUCI, DR. UGUR SAHIN.
My previous investigative reports on LABCORP in Phoenix Arizona found 5G towers usually located nearby and this LA lab is no exception.
I found this LA lab has an employee roster of mostly CHINESE NATIONAL pathologists specializing in dermatological injuries(skin). I believe they are in place to cover up what will be record numbers of serious skin disorders/injuries from the now widespread 5G high power microwave towers.
I researched other independent reports on LABCORP. The most alarming and recent report is LABCORP WILL NO LONGER TEST FOR DIOXIN POISONING OF VICTIMS FROM THE NORFOLK SOUTHERN(BUFFETT/GATES OWNERS)TRAIN DERAILMENT IN OHIO.
Dioxin was the main toxin to be discharged at the "accident" and is a highly toxic carcinogen.
Another report found that LABCORP has raised its testing threshold for "LOW TESTOSTERONE LEVELS".
This means several million men(many injured by the injections)will not be eligible for insurance compensated treatment to raise their testosterone levels.

My analysis of the Baltimore Francis Scott Key bridge collapse from the Dali cargo ship collision shows it is very likely the ship dumped PHOSPHORIC/NITRIC ACIDS(probably from Solvay or WR Grace chemical companies)into Baltimore harbor waters.The ship was going to Sri Lanka which lists these acids as a major import.
These acids are used to make fertilizer and this incident will result in another reduction of world food production while shifting more of this precursor/raw material production to the globalists new favored nations of China, India and Morocco(Solvay CEO Ilham Kamri is a Muslim Moroccan citizen and Morocco is the worlds 2nd largest producer of phosphoric acid after China; the USA and Russia are the worlds 3rd and 4th largest producers of Phosphates and uncoincidentally the main targets of the WEF/globalist crime syndicate run from Beijing, London, Zurich, Rome and Riyadh).
This incident follows a pattern(globalist attack on US/European, Japanese infrastructure which are much higher labor costs economies)like the Chemtool fire in Rockford Illinois(recently bought by globalist frontman/chinaphile Warren Buffett), the Norfolk Southern train derailment toxic leak(owners Bill Gates/Warren Buffett)and the 2010 Deep Water Horizon oil spill(major globalists BP/Shell Oil owned by the British and Dutch royal families).
These are all intentional terrorist attacks on our US basic infrastructure, mass poisonings of our people with toxic chemicals by these criminal globalist so called "elites".
Their goal is to shift world production to lower cost/more authoritarian China and the Muslim run nations while simultaneously "depopulating" aka mass genocide the people's of the higher cost, more democratic nations targeting the USA, Canada, Australia, Europe and Japan.
Fakestream news admitted but has downplayed the fact that several containers on the ship were breached and leaked hazardous materials into the Baltimore harbor which they and the federal govt. are refusing to identify.
My research concludes this material is likely phosphoric acid and lithium ion batteries(which are also highly toxic and flammable).

The Merchant Marine Act of 1920 is a United States federal statute that provides for the promotion and maintenance of the American merchant marine.[1] Among other purposes, the law regulates maritime commerce in U.S. waters and between U.S. ports. Section 27 of the Merchant Marine Act is known as the Jones Act and deals with cabotage (coastwise trade). It requires that all goods transported by water between U.S. ports be carried on ships that have been constructed in the United States and that fly the U.S. flag, are owned by U.S. citizens, and are crewed by U.S. citizens and U.S. permanent residents.[2][3] The act was introduced by Senator Wesley Jones. The law also defines certain seaman's rights."
