CITY OF LA EMPLOYEE SLEEPS ON JOB THEN ASSAULTS ME FOR ASKING IF THEY EMPLOY ILLEGAL ALIENS

Note: The legal definition of an "Assault" is the threat of using physical force, unwanted touching(battery)as reasonably perceived by the intended victim.

The fact this individual sprang his truck door open at me lunging at me, and yelling unintelligible expletives for asking a simple yes or no question meets the standard of an Assault, as well as the obvious unprofessional behavior. I moved away from his truck, on my bike, before it could turn into a Battery(actual unwanted physical contact causing injury or not).

If this public City of LA employee was operating within the law, he would have just answered "NO". The fact he refused to answer, then tried to ridicule me and my question is reasonable grounds to suspect US Title 8 Section 1324 is being violated by these LA City employees and managers.

NOTE: I DID NOT SEE ONE WHITE OR BLACK US CITIZEN EMPLOYEE ON THIS SITE WHICH IS TYPICAL ON MOST CONSTRUCTION SITES IN LA BUT WORSE WHEN IT'S TAX $$ FUNDED.

In my investigations, this is the rule, not the exception, costing working US citizens thousands of jobs given to illegal aliens with the bribery and racketeering that goes with that, also costing taxpayers millions of $$.

Note: They were repaving a pothole and WLA is now full of large, ugly, empty, absentee chinese owned condos and too many potholes. So, LA City doesn't even perform basic street maintenance services with a $$ billion budget and thousands of illegal aliens employees of subcontractors ripping off our tax $$.
