This is a slow motion version of a video I already reposted, from Aurora Orozco's website. Someone pointed out the direction the police in the intersection were facing near the end of the video, and I thought this might make it easier to take a closer look. This is one-fifth the normal speed.

The women took the video from the front seat of their car during the Las Vegas "1 October" shooting. They are parked at the curb on the street that runs behind the stage of the Route 91 Harvest festival. It is Mandalay Bay Rd., which runs east to west, cutting between The Delano and Luxor hotels. In the video, The Delano is nearly straight ahead, the Luxor is to its right, and Mandalay Bay is to the Delano's left in the video.
The time is approximately 10:11 pm, based on the fact that around the 1:04 counter in the full-speed version, the clock in the car says 10:12 pm.
Noticeably absent are helicopters and muzzle flashes, even when the upper floors, including the 32nd floor and Four Seasons Hotel, are shown. The full-speed version is just a brief video (less than 2 minutes), probably well into the 10-minute shooting, so the absence of helicopters in the frame might not be that significant. The footage DOES show the area between the MBay and Delano where some theorists say a helicopter might have done an extraction.

It looks like a glowing object was shot so it landed INSIDE the Route 91 concert venue near Mandalay Bay. This may be a flashbang grenade or even a flare or drone, as some people have suggested. One person present said they felt 'hot' things landing on their arms.

At the beginning of the video, the right edge of JumboTron is aligned with the vertical golden light on the MBay that is directly under the D.

About 1 second after the audience participation part of the song ends,
a falling object is visible (according to time counter on this video):
23.25 A small, glowing object appears at a higher altitude than the red light on top of the Mandalay Bay. The red light is above the ‘D’ in the illuminated ‘Mandalay Bay’ sign near the roof of the north wing of the building, facing the venue (east).
The object is first seen above the ‘AL’ of the ‘Mandalay’ sign.
The object is initially above the sign by about two-thirds the height of the letters.
It falls at about a 45 degree angle toward the lower right until it…
24.16 …blends in with the last ‘A’ of ‘Mandalay’ in the illuminated sign.
44.16 It reappears farther down, approximately even with Jason’s elbow on the JumboTron.
It is directly below the right side of the last ‘A’ of ‘Mandalay’, but only about 10 stories up now.
As it falls, it moves slightly toward the right, though at times, it appears that it might waft to the left a little.
47.00 (approximately) The first ‘pop’ can be heard (without using head phones to listen to the video.)
51.08 It is about even with where the neck of Aldean’s guitar meets the body of the guitar, but the object is farther away.
It is INSIDE the venue: the top of the venue fence (or the roof of a portable building) can later bee seen to be about even with the bend in Jason’s microphone stand.
51.10 to 51.12 It is last faintly seen slightly higher than the lower right corner of the JumboTron.
It is now slightly to the right of the vertical golden light of the building.
51.20 (approximately) Two quick pops can be heard that are louder than the pop at about 47.00.
53 seconds (approximately) Two to four more pops.

Many people have speculated that there is video showing a helicopter shooting at the crowd. This video was made with the intent of providing more background about the helicopter that several people have contended shows a helicopter shooting at people. I have not tried to draw any conclusions, but have attempted to present some facts that might help others decide what this helicopter was doing.
