A short introduction about why I performed a couple of lyrical dances at the local Moorland Community Hall.

An improvised Feeling Good lyrical dance, to show that I'm feeling good one year after being diagnosed with, and having surgery for bowel (colorectal) cancer.

Thanks to my surgeon Dr. Allan Kwok I don't have a colostomy bag!!!!!! Otherwise this dance would not have been possible.

Performed at Moorland Hall, NSW, Australia, to thank my local friends who supported me and my little family over the past year.
I was diagnosed with colorectal (bowel) cancer a year ago and had surgery to remove the tumour that was nearly 6cm in diameter.
This dance is dedicated to my husband, boys (who were 2 and 4 when I was diagnosed) and Dr. Allan Kwok, my surgeon whose skilled hands avoided the need for a colostomy bag.
