An improvised lyrical dance to Jar of Hearts by Christina Perri.
Performed at Moorland Hall, NSW, Australia, to thank my local friends who supported me and my little family over the past year.
I was diagnosed with colorectal (bowel) cancer a year ago and had surgery to remove the tumour that was nearly 6cm in diameter.
This dance is dedicated to my husband, boys (who were 2 and 4 when I was diagnosed) and Dr. Allan Kwok, my surgeon whose skilled hands avoided the need for a colostomy bag.
