I bought a refurbished Vitamix 5300 and made this unboxing video. I will be making videos in the near future showing some of the things I make with it.

I have been on a weight loss journey for about 3 1/2 months and I got this blender after watching a lot of people in the whole foods plant based movement talk about its benefits.

One of the people that inspired me was Thomas Tadlock. He and his wife, Dr. Brook Goldner, have helped a lot of people lose weight and get healthy making Vitamix Smoothies.

There are also lots of other delicious foods like soups, sauces, juices, and more that can be made in a Vitamix 5300 or any other model. I plan to try as many of them as I can.

I drive for Maverick Transportation. I've been occasionally hearing noises coming from my front brakes when I'm under a load, but I didn't detect the problem until now. It appears the the bottom part of both brake chambers have torn loose and are the tops are buckling. The maintenance department directed me to thoroughly check my brake chambers as they have had multiple problems with the steer tire brake chambers on these trucks. He said if they fall off I won't have any brakes! I've put in a breakdown order and I'm waiting for the repair person to come.

My dash cam (Rexing V1P) caught video of this truck's tire falling off on Meadow Lakes Rd. in Rock Hill, SC on 2/12/2019. We were lucky the tire didn't hit our car.

Belle the Shih Tzu Loves to Play Ball! Our little dog Belle could play with her ball all day long. It's her favorite thing in the world. She is a 2 1/2 year old female Shih Tzu and she is our family dog. Watch her play and tell me if you think she's a happy girl.
