I'm shocked at what this budget (you could almost say beginners) rifle package can do. This Savage Axis II XP, topped with an El Cheapo Nikon scope, beat two other rifles costing over 4x as much. It connected with a man sized silhouette target not once, not twice, but three times at 1,000 yards! Outstanding quality confirmed!
