Ralph Ellis King Jesus Lectures

In this fascinating series of lectures, based on his THE KING JESUS TRILOGY (in four parts) of books, Mr. Ellis reveals the true identity of Jesus of Nazareth. After almost four decades of traveling around the Middle East and studying the history of the Ancient Near East, involving critical readings of everything written about Jesus, including the New Testament, the Talmud, the apocryphal writings, the Works of Flavius Josephus and much more, Ellis makes a compelling case that the Jesus we know from the Bible was an historical king: King Ma'nu VI bar Abgar of Edessa.

This first lecture reveals the ancient blood-lines of Christ and argues that he was a great grandson of both Julius Caesar and Queen Cleopatra of Egypt.

Jesus was a Nazarene Jew, while it was Saul who was the apostle to the Gentiles, who refused to keep kosher and invented the concept of faith (in Jesus as a semi-divine messiah). But the Church of Saul became more powerful than its parent, and supplanted the Church of Jesus and James. In other words, Christians are following the Church of the enemy of Jesus.

The biblical Jesus was the leader of the Jewish Revolt - so the parable of the vineyard owner is a parable about Jesus himself (Math 20). The vineyard owner is Jesus, while the wicked tenant who will not pay their rent is the Romans - who were living on Jesus’ lands in Judaea and Syria and not paying any rent (and demanding rent or taxes from Jesus).

The parable then says that if the tenant will not pay their rent, the landlord should kill them and get better tenants. (An odd parable for the pauper-carpenter type of Jesus to relate.) In reality, the tenant was the Romans, and this is why the Jewish Revolt started.

Mary Magdalene was not only married to Jesus, she was the richest woman in the Near East. Her dowry was worth one million gold dinarii, and she used this enormous wealth to buy the high priesthood for her husband - Jesus. This is what a combination of the Talmud and the Gnostic gospels say.

The leaders of the Jewish Revolt are said to have been Izates and Kennadaeus, who came from Adiabene which lay 'beyond the Euphrates'. But where was this mythical location? In reality, Adiabene was Edessa in northern Syria - but Josephus Flavius has deleted Edessa from history. Why? Because the history of Edessa is far too close to Gospel history for ecclesiastical comfort.

What happened to the biblical King Izas-Jesus, after his capture at the end of the Jewish Revolt? The evidence is circumstantial, but it suggests that he was exiled to a prison-fortress in Britain - in modern Chester. This fortress was a Roman Guantanamo Bay, designed to hold dangerous rebels from the 1st century Near East.

Many people say that Jesus, the Israelites, and the pharaohs of Egypt, were all black Africans. And the Jews' media have endorsed this view and produced suitably African or Middle Eastern imagery. But is that view correct? Ralph Ellis investigates.
