Castlevania II Simon's Quest + The Seal of the Curse

I've only played the game for a few minutes, and I'd like to finally cross it off my list.

I feel like the map adds a sense of strategy. No need to subscribe to Nintendo Power!

Cobra Commander also upgrades our white crystal into a blue one.

Probably not as hard as Castlevania 1's Death.

We clear the last two mansions and beat the second of the game's three bosses.

Pretty easy even without cheesing it.

It's a free sequel to Castlevania 2: Simon's Quest. I'm a sucker for good art direction, and it looks like hand drawn art with watercolor shading.

Basically Silent Hill's Otherworld. Stuff's rusted, all doors are locked.

While ultimately the game feels unfinished (especially if you look at the art book) I enjoyed it. If it looked interesting, you should play it!
