Forming a Carbon Fiber Sword

Making real carbon fiber parts for the Sword of Perseus using the fiberglass molds created previously. Layers of carbon fiber cloth are layered into the molds and coated with epoxy resin then cured in a vacuum bag. The three separate parts must be trimmed and joined to form the completed sword ready for finishing.
