AT&T Building bombed in Nashville owned by Wilmington DE company, was Biden behind the blast?

A lot has come out today about the Nashville bombing and the purpose of this video is to try and document all that's come out and try to fact check it. The first rumor is that the building is owned by a company tied to Dominion Voting Systems. That is false, that company only owned it for a year and only wanted it to sell it. However the company they sold it to is a subsidiary of Metlife and is based out of Wilmington DE. The two companies however have done multiple business agreements together and one of the chairmen is Dan Quayle who calls himself a friend of Biden and says that Trump should move on. Do I believe it's possible Biden was behind this? Yes, however I think it's also possible Trump was behind it to push the divide and conquer agenda further.
