He was brandishing a knife and threatening passers by so the cops got called, they ordered him to throw down the knife, he refused and tried to make "a run for it" out of his wheelchair and got shot in the back many times till he was totally dead. This is the sad life we live in nowadays. Even handicapped people are thugs and can get shot dead. How can anyone run on their knees and hope to escape the cops? The mind boggles.
