We take a look at Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 and run it with maxed out settings on an i7 4790K stock at 4.0GHz with default Intel Turbo Boost to 4.5GHz, 16GBs of DDR3 RAM at 1600MHz and an ASUS GTX 980Ti Strix with 6GBs of VRAM. Cinematic cut-scenes defaults to 27 FPS but the rest of the game runs amazing in both 1080 and 1440 resolutions exceeding 60FPS. 4K dips to under 20FPS at times but maintains 35-40 FPS with this set-up.
