We check out Skunkape's Mole Men Processing Room to see what it really does then we teleport out to Stinky's Diner where we learn that Grandpa Stinky has given all his lottery winnings away to General Skunkape in exchange for a commanding position in his army. The position comes complete with a badge of honor that looks like the Penal Zone criminal badge that acts as a homing beacon to return any escapees. We teleport him to the processing room where he learns that Skunkape thinks of him as Sous Chef. How insulting. We take his stuff from the confiscation container and then set up our new scanner and item analyzer with the C.O.P.S. Using certain items with it, we unlock newer locations to continue our trail on Skunkape's whereabouts as he's currently searching the city for more of the Toys of Power and sending his goons on patrol. The trail leads us to Meesta Pizza, the pizzeria famous for using real artificial ingredients. You don't want to know what the cheese is made from. Then, we're led to the pawn shop. After taking down the goons again, we're led to the toy store. We use future vision to help plan our next move only to foresee getting captured by General Skunkape. He takes the Eyes of Yog-Soggoth from us and we end up as prisoners on his ship while he destroys the city. Everything has come full circle.
