Let's Play Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel - Part 55 - Boss: ShadowTrap

The architecture and level design looks like something out of M.C. Escher's wet dreams. We reach The Cortex where ShadowTrap has entered. ClaptrapCon gets fed up with everyone being mean to him despite him trying to help and so he's no longer helping us. Inside The Cortex, ShadowTrap begins the process of joining Claptrap's consciousness and splicing himself with the H-Source so he can rule Hyperion and use it to take over the galaxy. He summons minions to stop us, but we destroy them all so he takes us on himself. Hope and Self-Esteem need to be destroyed before he can be damaged then he starts summoning decoys. Once he's defeated, we take the H-Source back to Handsome Jack in Deck 13 1/2, but it turns out this is a simulated trap and we're still inside Claptrap's mind. ShadowTrap isn't dead and he takes back the H-Source.
