Boris Johnson claims the new laws on Coronavirus have been reduced from the rule of 20 to the "Rule of 6". Given the widespread civil discourse currently, this MAY affect the way Police handle protesters. However, we are unable to FIND this claimed law. It appears to be advice only, not law. Can anybody find any citations for the new "law" of which he speaks? We couldn't. We checked Statutory Instruments and Acts of Parliament and it yielded no results. Can you help? Comment under the video if you find the law in question?
