We break into his house and he's not too happy to see us especially since we're a fan of his work and we're playing a version of his game that's not even finished yet. He reboots the game and we're kicked out of his house. Our map is scribbled out so we can't go anywhere and our inventory is scribbled out so we can't use anything or contact Plague Doctress. We contact her using the phone booth to inform her what's going on then a thunderstorm cuts off the phone. We turn it into a makeshift walkie-talkie then get around using the sewer system. We get a new camera from the school then head back to Plague Doctress' house. She's creating a program that will allow us to take control away from Author so we can confront him again and demand him to restore the world to the way it used to be. Suddenly, ink starts affecting Plague Doctress. She goes to wash it off, but then realizes she's used up all her cleaning products. The sensation begins to consume the place so we escape to the park. She reveals a bit of her story from when the "plague" started taking hold. She was always infected with the ink. The ink kept making changes to her to improve her looks. She saw that when it happened to others, their bodies couldn't handle the amount of improvements so they all died. She protected herself with cleaning products, but now that she's run out, the ink on her will keep making changes and soon she won't last much longer. Our next objective is to run the program she created and do what we must.
