This concept album became caught up in the politics of The Orb/The KLF in 1989/1990. The Orb was formed by Jimmy Cauty and Alex Paterson in 1988 only for Jimmy Cauty to leave in 1990 to pursue his work with The KLF. This album was intended to be the first album by The Orb and both artists had been working on it, but on leaving Jimmy Cauty took posession of it and reworked it to eliminate all the contributions made by Paterson. Effectively, it is a Jimmy Cauty solo album, released on his label, KLF Communications.
