These are very challenging times. I understand it sucks when having a bad day. Keep in mind that if a person lives an easy, entitled life sooner or later they end up suffering some how. When you challenge yourself frequently you may develop a "keep cool under pressure" trait. I use a recent personal experience to illustrate this. Of course everyone and their situations are different, so I respectfully discuss general points.
