Today I got to interview another ex-vegan called Isabella who goes by the name of Steak And Butter Gal on Instagram, she is an ex-vegan who was on the Rawtill4 diet for the first 4 years of her vegan journey and the last two years of her vegan diet she followed the 30 Bananas A Day diet which is both massively promoted and pushed by the well known social media influencers Freelee The BananaGirl and Durianrider.
She ended up embarking on this diet journey at the age of 18 years old for beauty reasons because Freelee The BananaGirl was always flaunting her half-covered body on Youtube and Instagram to appeal to young women so they would follow her malnourishing vegan dietary advice to get the physique and beauty results she got on that diet.
At first, Isabella noticed some health benefits from making this dietary switch but long term she ended up running into so many issues holistically such as always being hungry, always obsessing and thinking about food, chronic acne, extreme hair loss, hormonal issues, bloating, gas, anxiety, emotional instability, weight gain, etc.
