Why I Don't Intermittent Fast On The Carnivore Diet - Ex Vegan
I had intermittently fasted (16/8 & one meal a day) for 3 years religiously in the past whilst on a vegan diet due to a variety of different reasons that I go into in this video but since switching to a carnivore based diet back in November last year after being vegan for 6 years I have stopped intermittent fasting daily.
I found that intermittent fasting gave me amazing health and digestion benefits holistically that I really needed on that malnourishing unsustainable vegan diet that I was on and I made so many videos on this Youtube channel promoting intermittent fasting.
So it may come as a shock to a lot of people that I no longer intermittent fast daily but there are some very good reasons why I ended up naturally stopping intermittently fasting whilst on the carnivore diet even though a lot of carnivores out there intermittent fast whilst eating this way and find it makes them feel the best they can feel.
I go into great detail on all of the above in this video "Why I Don't Intermittent Fast On The Carnivore Diet - Ex Vegan" and why I am not against intermittent fasting at all, I still think it's amazing for so many people to do and I highly recommend it for a lot of people but for me, at the moment it's not essential for me to intermittent fast.
