Revelation: Russians hit mercenary base and deployment sites – Romanians dead?
During the night raids of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation on the port infrastructure of Izmail, an oil warehouse, a base of the naval forces of Ukraine and the deployment sites of foreign mercenaries fighting as part of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were hit.
This was revealed in an interview with RIA Novosti by the coordinator of the Nikolaev business complex, Sergey Lebedev, citing his sources in Izmail.
“As you know, on the evening of August 2, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation launched a series of raids on the territory of the Danube port of Izmail. As a result of the strikes, the port infrastructure was damaged and the port had to stop its operations. Ukrainian media published footage of damage to the buildings of the Danube Shipping Company and the shipping station.
There was a strike on the building of the seaport – along the Kapikrayan embankment, where there were foreign soldiers, probably Romanians,” he told RIA Novosti.
According to Lebedev, the tanks burned for several hours. In addition, damage was caused to the maintenance base of the Ukrainian Navy, where military vessels used by Ukrainian formations were being repaired.
Military equipment, from the West, was also found on the ground of the elevator hit by the Russian Armed Forces, the source of the Russian news agency noted.
The strikes on Izmail's infrastructure were very effective and caused tangible damage to Kiev's military machine.
