This is the second high speed (800+ RPMs) bench test of a "silent gear" PIE setup. Measured speed is stable at 751 RPMs which is slightly lower than the target of 800. The pulley on the rotating assembly should have been a 3 inch, but the 3-1/2 inch was a perfect fit onto the bearing assembly so that is what got used. Motor pulley is 2 inch. The soft gears may end up being more trouble than they are worth, but that is what tests are for.
