It's not just a function of inadequate supervision in these facilities. The issue is who gets hired. A lot of the time it's a low-iq, minimum-wage chimp because the parasites who run these operations don't want to pay for qualified personnel, i.e., white people.

The few dimwit white people working in those institutions are hurting old white people through stupidity, incompetence, and neglect. They're usually in management, and trust me, they're dimwits. The chimps on the other hand, are just continuing to physically abuse them.

Then the goody two shoes he puts on to complete his segment tries to make the point that workers should have their pay raised to a living wage. The issue is not to raise the minimum wage for the chimps they hire now. The issue is to raise the pay high enough to
