ENHANCED VIDEO. Here Venerable Pannobhasa and I discuss if there was racism during the Buddha's time. Did he acknowledge different races? See the book "Indian Buddhism" by A.K. Warder regarding status in society. I met Professor Warder when I led a weekend Buddhist meditation retreat at a Sri Lankan temple in Toronto in 2001. We met for dinner and he told me about his teenage years during the war in England. He said, "It looked like Hitler was winning at the beginning so I lost all faith in god. I was with the church of England." Even then I knew more about Adolf Hitler so I kept my mouth shut about the real truth. But I did give him a copy of my new book with Chapter 13, "Adolf Hitler - The Bad Boy of Buddhism".
