You see this motif far more often than reindeer, elves, and even Santa himself! IMO, this is part of a massive sustained symbolic incantation by Clover Moore and other globalists. They are strongly promoting the idea of illumination as they try to usher us into what they think will be a deep green utopia under one world government.
