The Last Man Alive is a beat'em up game game developed by Spanish company Go West Interactive. It was probably released on the disc of Spanish game magazine OK PC Gamer.
Each level consists of a fixed area which stretches along approximately three screens.You need to defeat all enemies in the level within a time limit. You can duck, kick and jump, as far as I could find out. You have a limited number of bombs you can use to blow up groups of enemies.
