6 May 2018: Three Victoria Police officers maniacally struggle to subdue a single skinny 22 year-old man. The poorly-trained officers attack and wrestle him to the ground where they continue to fumble. At 0:37, a cowardly officer appears in the screen. This coward then kicks the man square in the face, despite the fact the man is now subdued and pinned to the ground by the three officers.

The thug who delivered the coward kick was to be investigated by Victoria’s Independent Broad-based Anti-corruption Commission but remained on duty. No further details are available of his fate but it is routine for police officers to escape any penalty of substance for this kind of behaviour.

The 22 year old man was charged with a series of offences including recklessly expose emergency worker to risk by driving, possession of methyl amphetamine and resisting and assaulting police.
