More speculation than cold hard facts based on what he was actually able to see for himself and what other characters, especially detective Ooshi and Tomitake, told him. After completing the main story and checking out a "cast interview" featuring the cast of characters offering speculation as to what was witnessed throughout Chapter 1, Neo takes everything he's learned and witnessed up until this point to try and offer his own theories on the strange happenings occurring within Hinamizawa, even if Neo knows full well that what he currently has to work is mostly circumstantial evidence...
