A suspect strolled from the scene carrying a dog after a car sped out of a freeway in Riverside, California, crossing all lanes, and crashed into a van, knocking it onto the sidewalk where teenagers were walking on May 15, police said. Police said that they think that the van hit at least one of the teenagers, but that they left before the police arrived.
