Have you ever started your day with this immaculate to-do list, felt SUPER pumped to plow through it, got all situated in front of your computer, and then, all of a sudden, 5 hours later, you realize you haven’t had a freakin’ moment to tackle a single item, because all these other things kept popping up.

Michelle: HA! Me too! So, if you can relate, this episode is for you, because today we’re taking a deep dive into how society impacts our routines and time management.
The fact is, most women feel like they don’t have enough time… and energy, for that matter, but the truth is, they do. Most women just end up WASTING their time and energy on things that drain and drag them down.
Dwelling on the past, worrying about the future, falling victim to someone else’s agenda… when we’re not aware and disciplined with how we map out and approach our day, these sneaky things can rob us of our time and energy, and before we know it, the day has slipped out from underneath us.
