Before you start taking on gang operations, purchase the nearest Friendly Fire store so you have a place to wipe your notoriety and replenish your ammo at a 10% discount. Once all the gang operations are wiped out and all the stores purchased, we head back to the Saints' penthouse to get a Salem. The Salem is the only flying vehicle we currently have that'll make getting rooftop collectables much easier.
