The story was from 2013 but it resurfaced after George Floyd. I saw it on Daily Stormer first.
This reminds me of a comment by my late guest, Russell Walker. He said on my show, "If a black man is pointing a gun at you and says he'll shoot, you're not in a negotiating position".

I was disturbed by this story for days afterward. I kept thinking about Buddhist groups like the Insight Meditation Society who go on and on about white guilt and "White Awake" while they're really fanning the flames of black hate against whites, resulting in this little baby being shot between the eyes.
