Julian Assange is and has been the issue via free speech and journalism for some time now. It's not only not getting enough press, but those that do cover it don't seem to really understand or accentuate to their audience how important this is. And if he is brought over, extradited illegally to the United States, and tried via this kangaroo court, it is the end of any type of freedom of speech. It is the end of any legitimate journalism whatsoever and as the beginning of the criminalization of speech in a command and control culture I don't want to live in.
