Freeman went to the Coiner home by mistake believing that a registered sex offender (RSO) was in residence there.

Freeman claimed that upon his arrival "Clyde" approached him twice in an aggressive manner and this situation left him with no way to retreat as his back was against a trailer that was on the Coiner property.

After an internal investigation, Freeman has been cleared of any wrongdoing and is currently back on duty with the Faulkner County Sheriff’s Office 🐶
