VEGAS SHOOTING: Flashes From 4th Floor Were A Strobe Light, Not A Shooter.

The various videos that surfaced online from a taxi driver and another uploader appear to show another shooter on the 4th floor of the Mandalay Bay Hotel in Las Vegas. However, on closer inspection the reality is that the light was some kind of strobe, possibly an alarm.
