This is what the AFU is doing to Ukrainian civilians that they consider “pro Russian”. Just so you know, “pro Russian” includes helping to distribute humanitarian aid, or not being sufficiently pro Ukrainian, or not being willing to give up your car when thugs in uniform come to steal it.

This is the behavior of an army that knows it is losing badly.
