In this video I demonstrate my favorite exercises in Forearm and Grip Training.
0:56 Palms-up wrist curl
Rest your forearms on a flat bench with your palms facing up, holding a dumbbell in each hand. Curl the dumbbells up and down slowly but as far as you can.
1:14 Palms-down wrist curl
Same exercise but palms facing down.
1:32 Farmer’s walk
Use an overhand grip to carry heavy weights or bags with your arms alongside your body. Maintain good posture, keep your chest open, and draw your shoulders down and back. To make thing even more difficult, you can use some “fat grips”.
2:09 Forearm grip squeeze
Use a pair of forearm grips that will offer you enough resistance, do several sets of 15 or more reps.
2:27 Fingertip pushups
